Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CCD01.1-KE06-01-FW box terminal is a robust device designed to plug in option cards. The terminal needs specific firmware that is purchased separately for its operation. Displaying various LED indicators, it features two 8-pin connectors lacking connections on the 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th pins. Accurate grounding is essential for safety reasons. The device has four slots (U1 to U4) to host option cards, with a rating plate showing their configuration. The unit uses a SERCOS III interface for cross-communication, aligning with IEE 802.3 standards. Yellow LEDs H10 and H12 relay data transfer status. The connectors (X24 and X25) accept an RJ 45 type connection, and cool air circulation within the cabinet supports operation. Differential inputs on pins 3 and 6 of both connectors handle 10/100 Base-T signal reception, with green LEDs H11 and H13 confirming network connection status. The device meets IEEE 802.3i and 802.3u standards.
