Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CCD01.1-KE20-01-FW is a versatile and compact motion controller designed to offer high-performance control for up to four servo drive axes across various industrial applications. As a key component of the Automation Suite series, it utilizes modular hardware and software to offer flexible motion control solutions. Connected via a SERCOS III interface—a high-speed, deterministic optical fiber network—ensures the dependable and swift exchange of data between controller and servo drives. Additional communication capabilities include EtherCAT, PROFINET, or Ethernet/IP interfaces for seamless integration with various networks and protocols. Programming is made easy with the user-friendly Automation Suite software, supporting languages including IEC 61131-3, C/C++, and PLCopen. Built for rugged environments (-25°C to +55°C), the controller measures just 45 x 100 x 120 mm and can be wall-mounted or fitted onto a DIN rail. With a built-in display and keypad, its usability extends to intuitive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
