Bosch Rexroth's Indramat CDB01.1C-S3-EN1-EN1-EN2-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is an essential component of Rexroth IndraDrive drive controllers. Designed for single or multi-axis drive and control applications, these control sections are used across diverse industries, including packaging, food machines, printing, paper processing, and machine tools. The unit is a configurable BASIC UNIVERSAL control section with dual axes featuring SERCOS III master communication—an Ethernet-based communication bus system that meets IEE 802.3 standard—which displays the network status. The unit is also equipped with two optional encoder interfaces for evaluating resolver and encoder systems, and two additional encoder evaluation slots for systems with a 5V supply voltage. The control panel facilitates the configuration of the SERCOS III network, soil exploration, drive address identification, analog output setting, and position data reference establishment. A memory card in the plugin module slot stores operational parameters and data, which can be transferred to other control units and may contain the unit's firmware.
