The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section engineered for dual-axis applications featuring a basic universal design. Built with the third-generation SERCOS real-time serial communication standard, this device conforms to Ethernet and allows a 100 Mbps data transmission rate. The control section is equipped with slots for three plug-in modules and two safety modules, including a pre-installed safety module that ensures safe motion. The pre-installed plug-in modules comprise two EnDat 2.1 encoders and one IndraDyn encoder. Possibilities for communication are broadened by an integrated serial interface. The device supports switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, and 8 kHz, with single current control, velocity control, and position control cycle times. The minimum SERCOS cycle time is 1ms, facilitating data exchanges in cyclic intervals. The CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW, which measures 322.5 x 103 x 49.5 mm, oscillates with a standard control panel and should only be installed by skilled personnel.
