Usage should be restricted to well-trained engineers familiar with Rexroth Indramat products to minimise industrial accidents. The device operational safety is heightened when securely connected to a grounding system, emitting a 3.5-milliampere leakage current. All additional accessories must meet international quality standards. Note that the product does not come with a firmware module, which must be procured separately. It operates safely in a temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, but can withstand up to 80 degrees Celsius when not in active operation.
