The CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a two-axis control section, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for integration with drive controllers that operate machine tools and handling and mounting systems. The device should only be installed following specific guidelines and is not designed for public low-voltage mains use, as it could generate high-frequency disturbance. Using only manufacturer's cables, operation of the controller housing should comply with national EMC regulations. The control section features an RS 232 serial interface for parameterization, programming, and diagnostic processes and cannot be used with a VCP01.2 comfort control panel. It incorporates an MA1 optional module at its X8.2 connecting point to increase the number of analog inputs/outputs, and its SERCOS III interface, indicated by four LED lights, enables 100Base-TX connectivity via CAT5e cables with industrial twisted pair shielding. The device also has a maximum pulse width of 60ms, and can be wired with or without ferrules.
