The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW control section provides a dual-conductor connection through its terminal points, capable of incorporating twin ferrules or stranded wires with cross-sections of 0.5mm2 to 1.0mm2. Built without dangerous materials, wire ends must be ferrule-free for spring terminal connections and ferruled for screw terminal block connections. Assembly necessitates appropriate crimping tools. This unit has a usual inrush current of 6A and one analog voltage input doubling as two digital inputs. It carries at best four digital outputs. For augmenting the precision of analog channels, an MA1 optional module is used, allowing two analog output channels and two alternate analog input channels with a 12-bit resolution. Safety precautions include ensuring proper discharge before contact with conductive parts, allowing only authorized servicing, ensuring connection of grounding conductor before operation, and allowing the device to rest for 30 minutes before access after it is turned off.
