The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-EN1-EN1-NN-S-NN-FW is a part of the CDB series, designed to control IndraDrive product lines. Distinct from other control sections due to its five slots, filled with two EnDat 2.1 and two HSF/RSF pre-installed encoder modules. The fifth slot is dedicated for a safety module, which comes unoccupied. This control section comprises an RS-232 interface for secure serial communication. The product comes with an integrated SERCOS master communication interface, a high-speed thriving technology enabling real-time communication, utilizing optic fiber cables. Data rates supported are 2 Mbps and 4 Mbps with an upgraded version, SERCOS III, fully compatible with Ethernet. Known for its resilience even during a node failure or fiber damage due to its ring topology networking.
