The Bosch Rexroth CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-EN2-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is a double-axis control section model within the CDB series, mainly utilized in a wide swath of industrial equipment, from packaging machines to machine tools. The compact design enables easy mounting and dismounting. This model stands out for a SERCOS communication module that utilizes fiber optics cables for rapid, secure real-time data exchange, though these cables must be obtained separately. Its utilization of a Safe Motion module allows for multiple safety functions, like safe parking axis and safe door locking. The product features four encoder evaluation interfaces, supporting encoders with a 5V supply voltage. An easily readable control panel shows unresolved faults and the device’s overall operating state. As per IEC 61800-3, this unit is best suited for industrial areas, but if used in low-voltage residential areas, adequate measures for radio interference suppression are necessary.
