The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a part of the IndraDrive series, designed for diverse applications like packaging/food machines, paper processing, and machine tools. This BASIC UNIVERSAL configurable double-axis control section uses the SERCOS interface for communication based on fiber optic cables, and operates with the recommended Indramat cable type. It optionally contains two modules for each axis, suitable for IndraDyn encoder-motor systems with a 12 V power supply. It also accommodates an encoder system with a 5 V power supply and features a pair of differential analog input/output extension channels for enhanced resolution. An optional multimedia card can be included for data storage. The controller, drawing power from 24 V and 0 V terminal connections, employs protective extra-low voltage systems for 5 – 50 V setups. Ideal operating conditions include a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C, 95% relative humidity, and elevation of no more than 1000 m.
