The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is an advanced, customizable control unit developed by Bosch Rexroth as part of the CDB01 series. This compact, dual-axis module has the capability to seamlessly integrate with power sections of drive controllers. It is equipped with a SERCOS communication module for high-level communication with control units via fiber optic cables, and also includes two standard encoder evaluation interfaces for optimal connectivity with various encoders. An additional feature is its Analog I/O extension, which enhances the number of analog channels and their resolution. The unit's Safety Technology I/O module allows for application-specific safety functionalities like safety-related speed reduction and direction control. A standard control panel is available to monitor system states, errors, and warnings, while allowing navigation of the device’s error memory, drive address and analog inputs settings, and position data reference establishment. This control unit is ideal for use in systems such as machine tools, food processing machines, and paper processing machines.
