The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a universal control section capable of supporting either a memory card with loaded firmware or a preformatted card for easy parameter transmission. The control section features digital inputs and outputs that align with IEC 61131 Type 1 standards and cannot operate at low-resistance sources. It also contains probe-configurable inputs to prevent incorrect evaluations. Notably, the control section should not be subjected to extreme temperature fluctuations. The product includes three switching frequencies and an 8-pole circular RS 232 interface for versatile parameterization, programming, and servicing. It consumes 9W power at 24VDC and uses a MEM optional module for signal emulation. With galvanically isolated signals, the MEM module ensures protection against overload. The section can detect less sophisticated measuring marks through its digital inputs and boasts a current control cycle time of 125µs.
