The CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EC-S4-S4-DA-NN-FW from Bosch Rexroth Indramat is an exceptional model in the advanced motion control technology industry. This double-axis control system features a sophisticated Multi-Ethernet interface, ensuring efficient real-time communication with the modules. With six customizable interface slots, multi-encoder interfaces from 1 – 3 enable precise speed and shaft position control, while 4 – 5 have safe motion capabilities. Interface 6 is for the digital/analog input/output extension. The control section includes an H1 status display for system monitoring and a mini control panel for manual configuration. Together with the supply module, it forms a comprehensive drive controller. It has a standard design and is powered by a separately ordered firmware module, using maximum power of 23 W at a DC-link voltage of 24 VDC. Installation requires a clean, flat environment within the specified temperature range as detailed in the user manual.
