The CLM 01.3-M-0-1-0 flying cutoff control, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a microprocessor-based positional device for single or dual-axis flying cutoff applications. The control features a comprehensive command-set that facilitates complex tasks and includes various components such as the TVM series power supply, MAC series AC servomotor, TDM series servo amplifier, an incremental encoder interconnect cable set, and a measuring wheel. Offering 32 inputs and 32 outputs, the control allows minimum cut point definition via user programming, ensuring efficient cutoff during the operation cycle. It includes an intuitive liquid control display for fault diagnosis and status tracking. Optimal operation occurs between 5-45°C, offering diverse application possibilities. With an IP 10 protection grade, it can be comfortably housed within a NEMA 4 or 12 control cabinet. The CLM 01.3-M-0-1-0 also includes easily setup controls for manual, automatic, and testing operation modes, featuring upper and lower front panel sections for ease of use.
