Product CLM01.3-X-0-1-0-FW from the Rexroth Indramat CLM series is an advanced axis positioning control unit. This line-1, design type-3 product, equipped with factory-set firmware, scrutinizes and matches servo drive motion profiles against real responses to detect abnormalities such as position delay or drive escape. Designed for single-axis use with type M software, the device features a standard, non-backlit display, mountable up to 2 meters away from the CLM. The unit is designed to be installed in a cabinet, with a display panel affixed on the cabinet's surface. The product operates in a temperature range of 41-113 degrees F (around 5-45 degrees C) and withstands -22 to 185 degrees F during transit and storage. Designed for operation up to 3,280 ft above sea level, the CLM01.3-X-0-1-0-FW features a 20-button, function-specific keypad and a 4-line display with 16 character spaces per line. The self-diagnosing device monitors operator errors, machine faults, etc. and displays status and fault messages in the chosen language. It offers 24 auxiliary inputs and 19 auxiliary outputs, albeit without options for hardware expansion.
