The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CLM01.4-N-N-2-B-FW is a compact CNC control module, capable of handling 4-axis motion control simultaneously. This module, when paired with the AC servo drive, forms a cost-efficient drive control system ideal for various industrial applications such as wood-processing machines, thermoforming machinery, and robotics. The module comes with a pre-installed sophisticated user program, boosting its performance and productivity by allowing complex processes. The device eliminates the need for a separate PLC with multiple additional functionalities and supports multiple languages including English, French, and German. Programming can be done remotely over a serial interface or directly through the built-in control panel. Its segments complex machine processes using a user program with 3000 instructions, supports a nesting hierarchy of 127 subprograms, and can process up to 1000 programs/sec. Adjustments to machine data and drive can be made via simple parameter input.
