The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CMP60.1-SP-304-FN-NNNN-NW CNC control module can be integrated into either a standard or high-end industrial PC, connecting with a three-pole cable. Operating between 5°C and 55°C, it conforms with EN 50081-2 radio interference suppression specification. The unit includes a watchdog reset button and a SERCOS LERR LED, alerting the user to any errors. Connectivity is provided through two ribbon cables to a high-speed I/O interface, located on the unit's right side for easy retrofitting. Assigning the unit's IP address, controlling and monitoring, and diagnosing performance is managed through the Windows XP Network Connections setting and MTX Control tool. The module uses FEPROM file system and firmware, capable of supporting up to 64 axes across 12 independent CNC processing channels, interacting with digital drives via a SERCOS interface. It is compatible with third-party PCs, communicating with an IPC using a network driver.
