The Bosch Rexroth CSB01.1C-S3-ENS-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is a versatile single-axis industrial automation control system known for its rapid response due to its short cycle times (125 µs current control time, 250/500 µs velocity control time, and 500/1000 µs position control time). Its flexible platform operates at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, and 8 kHz, and uses a Sercos III interface for primary communication. Encoder options available are Encoder Indradyn, HiperFace, TLL, and 1 Vpp. Designed with a focus on safety, it features a start lockout to prevent unintentional motor startups. Consuming only 8W power, it runs on a 24V DC connection, with a 4.5 A inrush current and a maximum pulse width of 110 ms. The control system features an easy-to-use control section, a memory card slot for saving critical drive parameters, a configuration slot for safety technology integration, and an optional RS232 serial interface.
