The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is a versatile control section designed for IndraDrive controllers. Utilizing SERCOS for master communication, it offers dependable real-time data exchanges via fiber-optic cables in ring network topology for enhanced fault tolerance. Devices in the CSB01.1 series can accommodate SERCOS III interfaces for high-speed 100 Mbps full-duplex communication. Configuration can be completed through a standard control panel or a PC connected to the RS-232 port with appropriate software. The modular design accommodates two optional and one safety module, with pre-installed IndraDyn encoder and analog I/O extension modules. It includes a safety module, the Safe Torque Off (STO) which suspends power to the output drive to halt torque production in emergency situations. This control section supports switching frequencies of 2/4/8 kHz and variable control cycle times, with firmware to be separately ordered.
