The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a control unit designed for IndraDrive series drive controllers. Engineered for single-axis control, this device boasts a variety of control communication, encoder interfaces, and eleven digital inputs, two of which can be utilized as touch probes. Equipped with five configurable digital inputs/outputs, the unit also includes one ±10V analog input, two analog inputs of ±10V / 0 to 10 mA, and two ±10V analog outputs. The unit has a solitary relay output and supports Multi-Ethernet communication. Featuring an integrated multi-encoder interface module and two optional ones, the safety module slot accommodates a safe motion module. The software for this device needs to be purchased separately. The control unit, which is powered by a power section supplying 24V DC, uses 17 Watts of power and measures 241 x 49.5 x 103 mm. It is cooled by natural convection and should be configured from a standard control panel before being switched on. Furthermore, the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW is commissioned using a PC and the IndraWorks program. The IndraDrive controllers must be programmed before commissioning.
