The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S5-DA-NN-FW control device, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, expertly monitors and controls position and speed of synchronous and induction motors in industrial systems. Designed for seamless integration within the power section of the drive controller, it receives the high electrical voltage needed for optimal functioning. Classified under the IP20 production class, it safeguards internal components from large solid materials exceeding 12mm in diameter. Importantly, its firmware module is not supplied with the device and must be procured separately. The controller enables dual-axis control in the servo system and is built with a self-diagnostic feature for automatic anomaly detection. It boasts of up to 95% operational efficiency over a span of five years and comes equipped with five on-board connection points. The device's housing temperature is managed through natural convection, requiring placement in a cool air conducive area. Moreover, the device's installation must not exceed a height of 1000 meters above sea level.
