The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EP-SB-EC-NN-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, employs a Safe Motion Bus interface for its safety mechanisms. There is no separate connection point for safety-related functions, which are executed through the communication module. It operates with a HAP01.1N standard control panel, featuring a single-line display and four buttons for basic commands and detailed diagnoses. The product is compatible with MPx-18VRS firmware or higher and includes three optional slots. The integrated MultiEthernet module supports SERCOS III and EtherCAT interfaces. The device contains five adjustable digital inputs/outputs and two multi-encoder interfaces, with two cycle times for current control. All connections must use wire ends featuring ferrules. Made of various materials such as steel, copper, and aluminum, its power consumption is 17W at 24VDC. The control panel does not support hot plug operation, and the X38 connection point is utilized for analog inputs and outputs with specific connection cables.
