The CSH01.1C-CD-ENS-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW, a product of Rexroth Indramat, is a high-performance drive controller specifically built for continuous operating conditions. This device integrates a power and a control section to effectively oversee the functionality of electric motors. Versatile and highly customizable, it features an RS232 serial interface that allows attachment of computers or I/O devices. Real-time communication between the controller and the motor is facilitated through its CANopen/DeviceNet master communication with a D-sub connector. Notably, the IndraDyn/Hiperface encoder of the drive controller ensures precise positioning. The model comes with built-in safety features against overvoltage and overtemperature, a standard control panel for manual programming, and a battery for user data storage. It operates at a switching frequency range of 2 - 16 kHz, uses a 24 VDC power source, and has a maximum power consumption of 7.5 W.
