The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced, configurable control unit designed to augment the functionality of the Rexroth IndraDrive system. This unit, instrumental in optimizing HMS, HCS02, and HCS03 drive controller performances, adopts a modular configuration for seamless integration. The control unit employs CANopen/DeviceNet as its principal communication protocol and comes equipped with a 5V TTL EnDat 2.1 Sin-cos encoder interface. The standard interface panel, with a single-line display and four keys, facilitates the adjustment of drive address and analog outputs. A unique feature of this model is its provision for monitoring system operating state and diagnosing errors and problematic conditions. Though devoid of an integrated safety technology function, it has an RS232 serial interface, adjustable pulse frequencies up to 16kHz, and a typical inrush current of 4A. The unit is ideally suited to industrial applications such as food and packaging machines, machine tools, and mounting systems, but is ill-advised for residential use due to possible high-frequency interferences.
