The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section, featuring a standard control panel and a memory card interface on its front. Protection mechanisms include a starting lockout and a protective diode against polarity reversal and incorrect connections. It features digital inputs I6 and I7, intended to be connected in parallel to the IA1 analog input, lowering resistance. Four digital outputs are established at X31 and X32 connection points. A relay contact, with a factory setting indicating readiness for operation, has a 1A current rating and a 24VDC voltage rating. Connection points include an eight-pin X2 connector for an RS 232 serial interface, and an X8 Option 2 connector for analog I/O extension. Featuring two control cycle times, the unit communicates through a CANopen/DeviceNet interface and accommodates a digital I/O extension with an SSI encoder interface in its Option 3 slot. Operation must be ceased if damage or malfunction occurs.
