The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW from Bosch Rexroth Indramat is an advanced control section used in drive controllers. Its design is standard and it features one analog input, with digital input/output units powered by a 24V or 0V supply. Additional features include functionality of the third and fourth digital inputs as travel range limit switches and the eighth digital I/O configured as an e-stop switch. The two analog voltage inputs can alternatively function as two digital inputs, with a +/-10V voltage rating and 160 kOhms resistance. The control section houses one axis, with the digital outputs capable of combining to function as an input or output. The firmware is not included, requiring separate purchase, and no safety technology is supported. Notably, the system includes an IndraDyn / Hiperface / 1Vpp / TTL encoder with 15 pins and a 500mA output current rating. The product also features a CANopen/DeviceNet interface with a switch for option selection.
