The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-NNN-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced industrial control device produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Specifically designed for single-axis position control of industrial motors, this device can swiftly detect operational irregularities in the industrial servo system by connecting to various sensors and actuators. For optimal performance, it should be connected to several high-quality components, such as a motor encoder, transformer, power supply unit, and electric cables. This controller uses the multi-ethernet communication protocol, known for speed and efficiency, and is equipped with a MD1 digital communication extension, permitting 12 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. Voltage for MD1 inputs ranges from 19 to 30 volts, with a maximum current of 0.1 Amperes for digital output and 1.2 Amperes for output groups. The controller handles internal temperature regulation via natural convection but an external blower can be added. It operates ideally at 45°C, but can be stored up to 75°C.
