The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced, modular control section designed explicitly for IndraDrive controllers. It features an IndraDyn encoder module with a Hiperface interface, a digital I/O extension module featuring an additional SSI encoder interface, and a safety module promoting safe torque off functionality to eliminate motor-generated torque. This control section exclusively corresponds with standard control panels and requires a separate firmware installation. Installation is vertical, on a compatible power section supplying 24 Volts DC. The device consumes 7.5 Watts power, with the IndraDyn encoder module consuming 6 Watts and the digital I/O module 1 Watt. Protection from ESD is necessary, and the unit has a plugging/unplugging limit of 20 cycles. Suitable applications include machine tools, printing machines, paper processing machines, and handling/mounting systems. Trained personnel should handle installation, and only Bosch-approved accessories should be used.
