Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW, a digital control section that partners with a power section to create an IndraDrive drive controller. This is commonly used for various industrial functions such as handling and mounting systems, packaging, food machines, and machine tools. The unit includes three plug-in modules namely; the encoder HSF/RSF (EN1), encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface (EN2), and digital I/O extensions (MD1). The EN1 and EN2 modules consume 6 Watts of power each while the MD1 uses 1 Watt. This control section demands a 24 Volts DC input and consumes 7.5 Watts of power, drawn from the power section. The unit, measuring 241 x 49 x 103 millimeters, can be mounted vertically and configures through an optional control panel or the IndraWorks software. Only trained personnel should handle the plugging/unplugging of the device from the power section.
