The CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a high-end control section with the ability to expand analog inputs and outputs through its MA1 module. This extension module equips the control section with separate channels for two differential analog inputs and two analog outputs with a +/-10V voltage rating and 12 bits resolution. The device comprises a H1 interface for its control panel connection, preset prior to powering the drive controller. It also features an advanced single-line display and does not support hot plug. The control section should only contact discharged conductive parts. Built according to IEC 61131 Type 1 specifications, it operates as a part of a drive controller used in machine tools. The device's probe inputs must be regulated with bounce-free switching elements to avoid incorrect interpretation, and the analog inputs employ 8-fold oversampling. Firmware for this product is sold separately. The section also supports a serial interface connection.
