The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section designed to be integrated inside the drive controller's power section. It features sensor and actuator requirements for effective monitoring, and an HSF / RSF encoder, fitted to the X4 connector, which rates a maximum output current of 70mA and a minimal DC load resistance of 35 Ohms for resolver feedback. It has no optional module on the X8 connector but includes an analog I/O extension module on the X10 connector. This module, which consumes 2W power, provides two analog outputs and two differential analog inputs. The advanced section accommodates a pulse width of up to 100ms and supports wiring in its spring terminals. The product employs digital outputs realized via high-side switches, and is protected against overloads and short circuits. With a standard control panel, the user can set drive address, analog inputs and establish position data reference. Distribution is managed through a reliable vendor network.
