The CSH01.1C-NN-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW control section, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, boasts both analog and digital input/output capabilities. The unit utilizes high-side switches for its digital outputs, which have a maximum current rating of 500mA per output. It includes two cycle times for position, velocity, and current control, determined by firmware, and an eight-fold sampling rate for analog inputs. The control section is power-supplied via 0V and 24V terminal connectors and features a Safe Motion optional module for distinct safety functions. Wiring is ideally done with ferrule-free wire ends for optimal connection. A single-axis section allows up to 20 mountings and dismountings. Although the device includes a protective diode against supply voltage polarity reversal and incorrect connections, the standard control panel is not recommended for hot plugs. It's designed to prevent overload and short circuits, with active current supply but no sinking capability.
