Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-ENS-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is a crucial component of the IndraDrive series of drive controllers, serving as a modular control section. It works arm in arm with power components and separately ordered firmware. Configuration is handled via a standard control panel, fitted with a one-line display and a four-button keypad. It is, however, not suitable for hot plugging, requiring plugging in prior to powering on the drive controller. The panel's display provides operator insight into operating states, command and error diagnoses, plus warnings. Three pre-installed modules enhance the control section's flexibility: two IndraDyn encoder modules and an encoder emulation module. Despite its advancement and configurability, it is ideal for single-axis applications. Interface connectivity to PCs with programming software is provided for, with a switching frequency range of 2/4/8/12/16 kilohertz and various control cycle times to contend with different operational demands.
