The product CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an advanced control section designed to conform with EN 60204-1 stop category 0 specifications. It includes a display panel providing information on operating states, warnings, and diagnosing commands or errors. The unit is not designed to be hot plugged and has a maximum assembly/disassembly limit of 20 times. In addition, it has a control delay of 20μs for its Type 1 digital inputs and a power consumption of 7.5W at 24VDC. The integral multimedia allows for storage and reading of multiple data types, such as operating data and drive parameters. The RS 232 serial interface facilitates parameterization and programming at the time of commissioning and servicing. Lastly, the unit has two current control, position control and velocity control cycle times and a MEM optional module that can emulate incremental encoder and absolute value signals.
