The Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s product, CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW, is a configurable control section for IndraDrive controllers with optimal operational temperatures of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and up to 1000 meters elevation. Its structure comprises a basic unit and optional module slots. The unit, which vertically mounts, consumes 7.5 watts of power, 24 volts from the power section. It also incorporates two encoder EnDat 2.1 modules, each consuming 6 watts, and an analog I/O extension module using 2 watts, while the optional control panel absorbs 1 watt, totally using 22.5 watts. This device comes with integrated RS-232 serial communication, Profibus master communication, a slot for a removable memory card, and has three type plates. With dimensions of 241 x 103 x 49.5 millimeters, the unit cools via convection naturally, being suitable for single-axis applications. It allows configurable control cycle times and supports different switching frequencies.
