The Bosch Rexroth Indramat Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is notable for its power and functionality scalability as well as integrated hardware. The drive controller, an essential component of the system, comprises two major parts: the control section and the power section. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced single-axis control section from the CSH01 series. It features the PROFIBUS control communication system for cyclically exchanging status signals and diagnostic messages. The control section also has a standard encoder evaluation interface for 5V encoders, supporting a variety of them. Furthermore, the control section is equipped with a Safe Torque Off (STO) safety module preventing unexpected machine startup and providing a safe emergency stop function. The standard control panel comes with a single-line display for fault detection and resolution. Adhering to category C3 per IEC 61800‑3, its maximum inrush current rating is 4A and maximum pulse width stands at 100ms.
