The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a high-quality control section sporting its own type plate and an RS 232 serial interface. It utilizes an eight-pole serial interface for servicing, programming, and commissioning, and is equipped with two distinct voltage terminal connectors. The minimum SERCOS cycle time is 250μs and it features a MEM encoder emulator module at the X10 connector. This emulator supports the imitation of incremental and absolute value encoder signals. The section has differential output adhering to RS 422 specifications. It uses Safe Motion safety technology and showcases various operating states, error warnings, and command diagnosis on its display. The section is built with combined digital inputs and outputs, paired with a one Type 2 relay contact and an analog input. Its probe inputs, useful in specific applications such as positioning glue dots, possess a 1μs measuring accuracy.
