The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's advanced control section, CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW, is an integral part of a drive controller's power section. It's designed for use strictly in industrial environments, without hardware modifications or structural changes, and should only be assembled and installed according to the provided instructions. Its interface features 16 digital inputs and outputs, divided into four groups. The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW uses a PFM02.1 multimedia card for memory and integrates starting lockout safety technology, conforming to the EN 60204-1 stop category 0. It operates on a power consumption of 7.5W at 24VDC, with supply voltage delivered through the power section's terminal connectors. The device includes an MEM optional module at the X8 connector for encoder evaluation. Its MiniDin female connector at the X2 point serves as a serial interface for data transmission. Notably, handling must be according to guidelines as it's susceptible to damage due to temperature variances and repeated mounting and dismounting.
