The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW, an advanced range model of the CSH control section, is a pivotal component in the dynamic Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. This controller, characterized by a compact design, features power and control sections, and is typically employed in packaging, food machines, and machine tools. This model incorporates two encoder interfaces for 5V encoders, including types with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with a reference track. Utilizing the Parallel Interface module, this device communicates efficiently with other drive system elements. The module is equipped with 16 galvanically isolated digital inputs and outputs. Additionally, the CSH model includes an emulator for absolute value and incremental encoder signals. The standard user panel, paired with the optional Rexroth IndraWorks software, enables easy commissioning and error memory navigation. The model, which accepts firmware, offers a maximum pulse width of 100ms, and a typical inrush current of 4A.
