The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It securely connects to a drive controller's power section via plug-in action, designed to handle control and drive-related functions both for single-axis and multi-axis operation. Fitted with an ENS optional module operating as an IndraDyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TTL encoder at the X4 point, it cannot be used underwater. The device employs a RS 232 serial interface and facilitates versatile digital input/output configurability. Measuring 241 x 103 x 49.5mm, it has a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 250µs and requires vertical installation. It uses an external power supply linked to its digital I/Os at the X31.8 and X31.9 points and connects via a 15-pole D-Sub female connector. It features swift, bounce-controlled, type 2 digital inputs, meeting IEC 61131 standards. Its power consumption depends on optional module components. It benefits from a one-year backup and comes in robust military-grade packaging for undamaged delivery.
