The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s CSH series, is a configurable control section for drive controllers. These drive controllers, powered by a power section, are used to carefully manage and regulate the output of a servo motor. This control module features a standard LCD control panel displaying single-line readouts of operational data and target values. It employs SERCOS III interface for data communication and works only with Bosch-approved devices. This control section also accommodates memory card slot via port X7 for storage of functions and programs. Despite the availability of numerous digital input/output ports, an external supply voltage at points X31.8 and X31.9 is needed for their operation. Polarity reversal and incorrect connections can be mitigated by utilizing a protected diode in the power supply. The product undergoes rigorous inspection and testing prior to delivery.
