The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a modular control section for Bosch IndraDrive controllers. It plays an integral role in accurate motor control in diverse applications such as factory automation, material handling, and robotics. Composed of control electronics and power electronics, the control section regulates motor speed, torque, and direction. Its performance is continually monitored by sensors, allowing for necessary control signal adjustments. This device supports SERCOS communication interface and optional features such as an encoder HSF/RSF module and EnDat 2.1 interface. It has two additional slots for optional modules with capabilities for encoder modules, encoder emulation modules, digital or analog I/O modules, and a safety module. A control panel, to be connected before power on, is provided for configuration and monitoring, permitting the user to set the drive address, SERCOS transmission power, and additional commands.
