Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section designed to support safety technology I/O at the X41 junction. It requires a safe startup lockout to prevent unscheduled startups and protections against jamming and crushing. The unit features a high operational surface temperature, exceeding 60°C, and needs specified battery types. The control section includes spring and screw terminal blocks at connection points, and a separate interface for the control panel. With two differential inputs and outputs located at the X26, it uses a Type 2 relay contact with a 1A and 24VDC rating. The system demand an external supply voltage connection at X31.8 and X31.9 for digital I/Os. Firmware is separately procured and the device requires a distribution box for applications with multiple analog I/Os. It features ESD protection and component restrictions in line with IEC 61800-3 specifications.
