The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a single-axis ADVANCED control section for the IndraDrive drive controllers. This key component, used in various applications such as machine tools and paper processing, communicates with high-end control units through a SERCOS module using a fiber optics cable. This ensures a secure transfer of signals while eliminating any electromagnetic interference. The SERCOS module's transmission power and rate can be adjusted on the control section's panel, which also displays operating states, error diagnoses, and warnings. Four operating keys allow users to customize settings and access the error memory. This control section's firmware usage is available separately. It supports standard encoders with a 5V supply voltage, including sin-cos and square wave encoders. For safety, it features a cost-effective Safe Torque Off module. Its operational range includes switching frequencies from 2kHz to 16kHz, up to a maximum altitude of 1,000m above sea level.
