The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW, a sophisticated control section developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed for industrial use with IndraDrive controllers. Its features include distinct type plates for product and firmware identification, an RS-232 interface for serial device connection, and support for different control cycle times. The device requires separate firmware ordering, and is attachable to a power section with its type plate. It supports switching frequencies from 2kHz up to 16kHz and is equipped with a digital I/O extension module, safety module for secure torque turn-off, and two encoder modules. Employing SERCOS as master communication interface, the device facilitates high-speed serial data transfer using a master/slave design. Control panel configuration must be performed prior to device activation, and the device utilizes convection cooling for heat mitigation.
