Bosch Rexroth Indramat's CSH01.2C-PL-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a high-precision, compact single-axis control unit designed for the drive controllers of the IndraDrive series. It seamlessly fits into automation solutions across processing and packaging, printing, paper handling, and mounting systems. This unit boasts a rapid-detach parallel interface critical for high-speed data exchange between drive system components. It houses 16 digital inputs and outputs, apportioned into 4-input and 4-output groupings, all galvanically isolated. Also featured is a cross-communication master that abides by the IEEE 802.3 standard, making it compatible with separately-ordered, firmware-based applications. The control section employs sturdy spring terminals and screw terminal blocks for secure connections—capable of withstanding vibrations and other industrial strains. Its user-friendly control panel allows for the adjustment of analog outputs, managing position data references, and data memory exploration. The unit operates at five different switching frequencies ranging from 2 kHz to 16 kHz.
