The CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-MA1-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW, created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a single-axis control section of the CSH series belonging to the superior IndraDrive system. It incorporates a SERCOS communication module for effective data transfer and utilizes fiber optic cables for secure and simplified wiring. It also comes with an easy-to-use control panel for adjusting transmission power, field bus transmission rate, drive address, basic load defaults, and analog outputs. However, this user panel is not designed for hot plug operations. Additionally, the control section supports various encoders, including the sin-cos encoder with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1, MSK motor encoder, and 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with a reference track. For enhanced user and machine safety, it includes a Safety Technology I/O module with features like safety-related standstill and drive interlock, and reduced speed. Moreover, its Analog I/O Extension offers 2 differential analog input channels and 2 analog output channels, each with 12-bit resolutions.
