The CSH01.3C-ET-ENS-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW, a drive control unit from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed for enhanced flexibility and compatibility. It supports various standard encoders, enabled by a 15-pole D-sub standard encoder evaluation interface and a 12V supply voltage. Encoders include sin-cos types with either Hiperface or EnDat 2.1, as well as the MSK motor encoder. The unit accommodates Multi-Ethernet communication modules which integrate the drive controller into different Ethernet field bus systems. Cross communication, another feature, conforms with the IEEE 802.3 standard. Both these communication modules include display elements to show their operational states. A user-friendly control panel provides overall status details and allows the user to set drive address, position data references, and trigger basic load default procedures. The unit connects securely with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks, remaining rigid during vibrations. Operational frequencies include 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz.
