Changes to the device are implemented via a standard control panel, necessitating connection before the unit's power-up to ensure functionality. This particular model showcases its adaptability through firmware selection and available hardware options. It features three slots to accommodate a variety of optional hardware modules, hosting an IndraDyn encoder module in Slot 1, an EnDat 2.1 encoder module in Slot 2, and a cross communication (CCD) module in Slot 3. Designed to cross-connect control devices, the CCD module supports a master role for intercommunication and is IEEE 802.3 compliant. Cable types RKB0011 and RKB0013 can be used, with lengths of 100 meters and 0.55 meters respectively.
