The CSH01.3C-S3-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, works as an advanced control section for IndraDrive controllers. The device features integrated RS-232 serial and two analog outputs, handling switching frequencies of 2, 4, 8, 12, and 16 kHz. Position and velocity control cycle times stand at 250 / 500 microseconds and 125 / 250 microseconds respectively, with a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 250 microseconds. It employs SERCOS III, an Ethernet-compatible master communication interface allowing for full-duplex communication at 100 Mbps. Equipped with four module slots, this device includes a vacant slot for a safety module, while the rest house a cross communication module, an encoder IndraDyn module, and an encoder EnDat 2.1 module. Firmware, responsible for major functionality and ordered separately, can be identified via the attached type plate. Running on 24 Volts DC supply, the unit's power consumption is 8.5 Watts, excluding the additional module power requirements.
